Man charged with murder after shooting victim dropped off at Le Bonheur

Correnzo Anderson is charged with first-degree murder in the Dec. 15 shooting death of teenager, who has not been identified by police.

A 19-year-old man was charged with murder Saturday morning after a gunshot victim was dropped off at Le Bonheur Children's Hospital Friday night.

Correnzo Anderson is in the Shelby County Jail with no bond listed.

According to an affidavit, Anderson got in an argument with the male victim over a child. Anderson shot the victim twice, once in the chest and once on the right side of his back, the affidavit said. 

Three people reportedly drove the victim to the children's hospital but he died before they arrived. The victim's age and the location of the shooting were not released.

Anderson is also accused of stealing an unknown amount of money and a gun off the victim after he shot him. 

Anderson is charged with first-degree murder and theft under $1,000.
