Man fatally shot in Whitehaven

Memphis police Monday night were investigating the fatal shooting of a man in Whitehaven.

Police responded to a shooting call in the 2100 block of McKellar Woods Court, just southwest of Memphis International Airport, at a little after 7:30 p.m. The victim was pronounced dead, becoming the city's 122nd homicide of 2017, police said.

No arrests had been made by late Monday night.
