Police: Person shot and killed in Highland Heights neighborhood

A person was shot and killed in the 3200 block of Coleman in the Highland Heights neighborhood, the Memphis Police Department posted on Twitter on Thursday night. 

The department released little information, only that the victim was male and no suspect information was available. 

The area is a short distance northwest of the intersection of National and Summer Avenue.
